Installing the App.

The Desktop Installation Link, and Password is in your Welcome Email. Yiu can either resend your Welcome Email from the Web Client log on, or call our Help Desk at 770-929-1155 Option 1, and speak to a team member who will send you a Welcome Email.

Once you have downloaded and installed the App, the Welcome email will include a configuration file. Simply double click the file top open anmd run it. This wil configure the App for you.
