Call Recordings

Recording of telephone calls is turned off by default. If your business needs to record all telephone calls, please call our support team at 770-929-1155 Option 1 and have it turned on.

Each user’s extension can be configured so that they can see all of their own recordings, and no one else’s.

Management can be given access to all recordings for all extensions.

Users can see their recordings from all apps.

In order for a user to see recordings, their extension number must allow that.

To view and listen to recordings:

Desktop App.
  1. Select the Gear Wheels on the bottom right of the app.
  2. Click Recordings on the menu.
  3. Your recordings will be displayed.
Smart Phone App.
  1. Click the Hamburger Menu at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click Recordings.
  3. Your recordings will be displayed.
Web Client
  1. Log on to your web client. If you do not know how to do this, call our support team at 770-929-1155 Option 1 to request a Welcome Email. This will contain the information you need to access and and configure all Apps, including the Web Client.
  2. At the bottom of the menu list on the left of the screen, there is a Hamburger Menu (Three Dots)
  3. Click the Hamburger Menu and select recordings.
  4. This will display all recordings for your extension.
  5. Select first, and then right click the selected recording for a list of options. recording for a
