Configuring Your Smart Phone App.

You can use the Desktop App to Re-Send your Welcome email.

You can use the Web Client to re-send your Welcome Email.

You can call our Help Desk at 770-929-1155 Option 1 and speak to a Team Member to request a Welcome Email.

The Welcome Email has a QR Code on it.

After you install it for the first time, the App will ask if you want to scan the QR Code. Use your camera to scan the QR Code.

If you have already launched the App, tap the Hamburger Menu at top right of the App and select Scan QR Code from the menu.

Once you scan the QR Code, the phone is instantly configured and ready for you to use.
