Audio Conference Calls on the fly.

If you are on an active call, or want to create a Conference call, proceed as follows.

• If you do not have an active call, dial the first person you want in the conference. This can be an external number or an extension number.
• When the person is on the line, ask them to hold while you add the others.
• Press the Conference Soft Button and dial the second person. When they come on line, ask them to hold while you add others.
• Press the Conference Soft Button and dial the 3rd person.
• Repeat until you have all the people you want on the Conference call. When the last person is added, everyone on the call wil be able to hear and speak to each other.
